Scotland’s legendary audio manufacturer Linn has announced the latest upgrades for their iconic analog turntable “Sondek LP12”: the “KLIMAX RADIKAL” and “KEEL SE.”

KLIMAX RADIKAL

The KLIMAX RADIKAL is a motor control unit featuring the newly developed “UTOPIK” drive system. It delivers clean, precision power supply contributing to improved rotational accuracy and sound quality for the LP12.

KEEL SE

Linn Keel SE sub-chassis

The KEEL SE is a sub-chassis upgrade redesigned for the first time in 20 years. With improved vibration reduction and weight balance, its design consolidates 20 years of LP12 evolution.

Upgrade Positioning

Linn states that “the new Klimax Radikal and Keel SE elevate the Klimax LP12 to a new reference standard.” Both products are positioned as incremental upgrade options for LP12 users.
